Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver small, non-breaking iterative changes that provide business value.
- Consult on business requirements with specific input on technology capability and limitations.
- Enhance the stability and reliability of production environments.
- Collaborate with the business in Germany and coordinate with teams in German/India to meet business and project needs.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Proficient in Mainframe applications.
- Utilize Rochade for deployments; involve in lifting and shifting Rochade, ensuring current service levels, and planning due diligence for migration to Endevor.
- Possess strong technology skills, business knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset in a 24×7 uptime environment.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of development experience.
- Minimum 4 years of production support experience.
- Knowledge and experience of DevOps.
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Jira/Confluence.
- Effective communication with business stakeholders.
- Track record of working on complex deployment projects under diversified/matrix structures.
- Strong business sense and understanding of how IT systems impact business objectives.
- Security business knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours for late evening meetings with colleagues in production support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and deliver high-quality results under tight schedules and high pressure.
- Eagerness to learn and explore various technologies, especially in the Integration domain.
