Job Tittle : Business Analyst, Support, Regulatory Solutions
Location : Pune, Hybrid
Description :
The Business Analyst role involves daily interaction with clients through Case Management system, email, or interactive calls/meetings to efficiently resolve issues. The successful candidate will take responsibility for various aspects of this process and collaborate with the team to ensure each issue is handled with care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level functional support, efficiently resolving Axiom product issues via Case Management System, phone, or Zoom.
- Investigate and resolve client issues, including bug reproduction and analysis in mirrored AxiomSL support environment.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Manager, Product, and Customer Delivery teams to share customer insights and highlight areas of focus.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding issues, manage and communicate progress on escalated issues requiring product or development input.
- Escalate to Senior Business Analyst when necessary to resolve issues.
- Generate MI reports using Case Management System, Confluence, and Excel tools.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in one or more AxiomSL products.
- Lead on-site/remote client support sessions.

Skills And Requirements:
- 3-5 years of first-line support experience.
- Experience in IT applications/systems and the end-to-end development lifecycle.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, be a fast learner, self-motivated, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
- Previous finance industry experience.
- Understanding of key financial products and their characteristics.
- Highly organized and methodical approach to tasks.
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented.
