Job Title : Showroom Manager
Location : VimanNagar, Pune
Experience : 1-3 Years
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage the retail experience center to ensure customer experience meets HL standards.
- Maintain 100% adherence to retail SOP.
- Execute stock and sample audits in the showroom in a timely manner.
- Uphold high-level housekeeping and hygiene standards in the showroom.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in the showroom.
- Address customer queries and complaints.
- Provide timely reports to the retail operations team on a daily basis.
- Complete all operation checklists in the experience center.
- Support sales in order closure.
- Handle clients during showroom walkthroughs.

Job Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a store manager in retail.
- Preferably have experience in the Furniture and Home Decor industry.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.
- Proficient in Store Operations and SOP Management.
