Description :
As a part of the Revenue & Billing team, the Finance Billing Analyst will contribute to processing client billing and offering support to business users in line with established best practices and policies.
Your Role:
- Issue invoices post-contract verification and adhere to the billing schedule.
- Collaborate with Project team members to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Address issues and queries from the Project Team and follow up as required.
- Validate invoicing data and take corrective actions as needed.
- Process revenue booking for various operating units.
- Handle credit notes as required.
- Collaborate with the cash application team to resolve any billing-related issues.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience (1 to 3 years).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A strong academic record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with Oracle ERP is an advantage.
- Ability to manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
