Job Description :
As an Account Manager for Display (Ad-Operations), you will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring digital campaigns in ad serving systems like DCM/CM360.
Your responsibilities include:
- Establishing KPIs for programs and tracking performance through post-campaign analysis.
- Managing creative receipt, testing, and technical adjustments for campaign launches.
- Understanding and resolving campaign-related issues using campaign management methodology/tools.
- Executing end-to-end campaigns, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, and applying learnings for future campaigns.
- Serving as a post-sale contact to understand and communicate technical requirements.
- Analyzing reporting from 1st and 3rd party systems, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring timely delivery of all campaign components.
- Conducting periodic campaign status update meetings with stakeholders.
- Sending post-campaign analysis within two business working days of campaign end date.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a campaign management role in advertising and online media marketing (Video ad experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in using ad serving systems such as DCM.
- Knowledge and experience with 3rd party vendors like Innovid, Pointroll, Sizmek, etc.
- Basic understanding of pixel and pixel management.
- Familiarity with ad servers, media agencies, and web debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Firebug, Fiddler, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
