Job Description :
As a Executive Assistant at CEO’s Office your roles and responsibilities will includes :
- Coordinating and maintaining meetings calendar including all the the conferences across the globe.
- You have to manage travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Answering phone calls, emails and correspondence with the clients within India and Internationally as well.
- Strong follow-up for timely completion of projects and assignments.
- Work on ad hoc research projects and ensure timely completion with 100% accuracy and eye for detailing.
- You should be high on integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day-to-day operations.
- Initializing meeting and servicing , social gatherings and events.
- Daily up-to-date with the latest trends and events in the industry.
- Make presentations, minutes, summary reports and budgets as and when required by the CEO.

Appropriate for the role :
