Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Problem Solving:
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers.
- Act as a consultant for customers, providing technical and functional expertise.
- Resolve technical questions and troubleshoot digital solution issues.
- Find the root cause of application malfunctions and develop action plans.
- Manage service request queues and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
- Perform assessments in various areas, including functional, business process, technical, configuration, and performance.
- Escalate severe issues to business or development teams.
- Research product technical, functional, and domain technology-related areas.
Maintenance & Evolutions:
- Perform setup and debugging during the launch period.
- Execute or provide standby assistance for maintenance window interventions.
- Identify potential issues and provide key feedback on digital solution performance.
- Specify or upgrade solution parameters for a particular customer installation.
- Manage changes, migrations, and backups.
- Update operating documents.
Solution Administration & Daily Customer Service:
- Monitor data quality, service level, user access, and security.
- Create, update, and remove user accounts; manage rights and accesses.
- Manage the contents of the digital solution.
- Set up the solution according to local specificities.
- Solve users’ issues and requests, provide advice, and manage escalations.
- Onboard new users, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Deliver ad-hoc training and coaching.
- Update user documentations.
Data Management & Quality:
- Verify accuracy and consistency of collected data/content.
- Enter data/content, ensuring compliance and security.
- Apply methods and practices to manage the full life cycle of data.
- Control the quality of data related to the role.
- Conduct data/content cleaning to remove old, unused, outdated, duplicate, or incorrect data.
- Request data quality rules evolution.
- Develop reports to check data fill and quality of information.
- Apply organization’s policies and procedures for quality.
