Candidate Requirements:
- Telecom experience preferred
- Good Knowledge of 5G/GSM/UMT/SDM Networks and Call flows
- Solution design & Implementation of Core Network Elements
Technical Skills:
- Application Servers
- VMware
- Linux
- Open Stack cloud
- Preferred – CBIS/CBAM
Responsibilities:
1. Development and Delivery:
- Accountable for the timely development and delivery of complex engineering design and support deliveries.
- Focus on customer GSM/UMTS/LTE core networks.
2. Network Planning and Optimization:
- Provide technical network planning and optimization support for customer network rollout/modernization.
- Deploy, migrate, and integrate SDM solutions with other nodes and on the cloud.
3. Best Practices:
- Apply global best practices, work instructions, processes, and tools for high-quality and timely deliveries.
4. Performance Assessment:
- Conduct network performance assessment, audits, and regular performance enhancements (optimization).
5. Problem Solving:
- Identify and proactively solve demanding problems, communicating them to key stakeholders for resolution.
