Job Description :
As a Senior Manager in Audit & Process at Axis Finance Limited, you’ll be responsible for:
- Understanding the products and processes related to risk and treasury functions.
- Knowing the business applications used in the banking industry.
- Being aware of statutory and regulatory requirements and policies.
- Creating the Audit Calendar for the year based on risk assessment.
- Conducting specific audits as per the plan or triggered by the bank’s needs.
- Drafting detailed audit reports, including assessments, workpapers, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Coordinating with the Bank’s compliance team during RBI Audits and other external audits.
- Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, and having good interpersonal skills.
- Working as part of a team and contributing to team goals.
Skills:
Your skills will include:
- Conducting internal audits within specified time frames and submitting reports based on risk-based audit norms.
- Ensuring quality audit reports by focusing on root cause analysis and providing suggestions for process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Using off-site audit reports for data mining and analysis to identify risks.
- Conducting planned and unplanned audits and providing suggestions for process improvement.
- Updating skills and knowledge through continuous reading and attending training sessions.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on the closure of audit findings and checking closure in line with risk and recommendations.
- Timely submission of audit-related information to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- CA/MBA (Finance) qualification.
- 1-5 years of experience in the Audit/Banking domain, with a preference for experience in risk and treasury function audits.
Other Details:
You’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting audits for Risk & Treasury Function, including Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Risk Department.
- Executing planned audits according to given schedules and ensuring adherence to audit/ISO processes and ICAI standards.
- Reviewing compliances of audit reports submitted by Auditee units.
- Ensuring follow-up for closure of reports and files within prescribed timelines.
