Job Description :
The role involves managing a team and handling the sales of both new and used Small Commercial Vehicles. They need someone with good communication skills, experience in collection and recovery, and the ability to develop new markets. Building relationships with dealers and clients is also a crucial part of the job.
The Location Sales Manager (LSM) in Pune City will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 2 to 3 Territory Sales Managers (TSM) and 8 to 10 Relationship Managers across multiple locations in Maharashtra.
- Handling the current portfolio of Small Commercial Vehicles and working to enhance it.
- Cultivating excellent relationships with dealerships.
- Demonstrating decent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Managing the entire team and fostering good relationships with support functions.
- Gaining experience in collection and recovery by following up with EMI and arrears customers.
- Developing new market areas and collecting market information to enhance business.
- Actively working to generate sales in new markets.
- Building good relations with dealers and existing clients.

- Have relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) of commercial vehicles.
- Understand the documents required for commercial vehicle loans.
- Demonstrate the capacity to achieve Small Commercial Vehicle loan targets.
