Job Title : Operations Associate – Customer Service (Voice & Chat)

Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Service Inbound Calls/Chats:
- Takes calls and chats from customers.
- Opens new claims and gathers all needed documents for final processing.
- Provides quotes for cancellations requested by consumers, lenders, dealers, and business partners.
- Handles customer complaints about dealership responsiveness to cancellation requests.
- Looks into and updates customers on claim status, cancellation refund status, and payment status.
- Ensures availability to respond to calls/chats promptly.
Process New Work Requests:
- Processes cancellation requests within approved timeframes.
- Processes new business contracts within approved timeframes.
- Sets up new claims for final processing within approved timeframes.
- Indexes incoming documents via email, fax, and regular mail.
