In this role, you will engage with customers and adjusters, comprehending their requirements, and ensuring their needs are met with empathy. You will be responsible for managing and researching auto claims, addressing highly complex customer/adjuster communications, concerns, conflicts, and issues.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent experience
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to assisting others
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
- Exceptional time management skills
- Previous claims background experience is advantageous
- Robust geographic knowledge of the surrounding area
- Auto technical or claims workflow experience is a plus
