Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Execute the Gold loan process at the branch after sales, and perform basic data entry with the assistance of Marketing executives.
- Provide training to new hires on Gold Loan policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with policies and meet Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements at the branches.
- Adhere to the Vaulting Process and related policies.
- Conduct audits on Gold in accordance with established Policies and Processes.
- Evaluate Gold Ornaments.
- Regularly offer feedback to Head Office Authorities on Credit Processes, Policies, and the local market.
- Analyze data and share best practices with teams in other locations.

Required Qualifications and Experience :
- A graduate with 1-4 years of relevant experience in the Gold loan Industry.
- Proficiency in the Gold Appraisal process.
- Ability to provide training in Gold Appraisal and Evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
