The MIS Analyst role is pivotal, requiring an individual with a keen eye for transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll be instrumental in reviewing Quality related trends, collaborating closely with Quality Leaders to identify enhancement opportunities. Additionally, you’ll oversee a team of Quality Analysts tasked with extracting and compiling data to generate various reports. This role necessitates a meticulous approach, unwavering commitment, and regular interaction with senior Operations leaders. Special project involvement is also expected.
MIS Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Proactively issue alerts on SLA misses.
- Offer insights to internal/external stakeholders based on existing data.
- Analyze business information to pinpoint process enhancements for heightened efficiency.
- Identify and communicate volume variations by market/process/team/agent.
- Maintain a process-oriented approach with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Understand customer concerns and propose suitable technical resolutions.
- Develop and maintain MIS documentation for smooth operations and system maintenance.
- Recommend updates to current MIS for improved reporting efficiency.
- Provide robust reporting and analytical support to the management team.
