Job Description :
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be a part of the HR Shared Services team, focusing on supporting processes related to the employee life cycle. Your main role will be as an onboarding and induction specialist, ensuring that new employees have a smooth and positive experience when joining our organization. Please note that this is not an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and pre-hire activities.
- Ensure accurate management of new hire documents and onboarding forms in the system.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and perform document checks for pre-hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions and training programs covering company policies, procedures, and cultural aspects for new hires.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in onboarding processes.
- Update onboarding materials to reflect changes in regulations.
- Create engaging materials for a smooth transition for new hires.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining and optimizing onboarding activities.
- Maintain operational efficiency and ongoing improvement by delivering services within set SLAs/KPIs.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Full-time degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience in the related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in onboarding, induction, HR shared services, or HR operations.
- Experience working in HR Information systems such as SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office tools.
- Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High level of personal integrity, interpersonal, and relationship development skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work independently with minimum supervision.
