Description :
Responsibilities :
- Strengthen the distribution and sales network by expanding SIM & Data Selling Outlets in the assigned territory.
- Ensure exceptional service for existing customers and drive customer satisfaction.
- Understand market demographics and develop sales strategies tailored to customer segments.
- Drive key distribution parameters, including Channel profitability and satisfaction.
- Implement active relationship management programs, fostering engagement with Retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
- Enhance value for Partners (Distributors, Retailers, FSE) through strategic marketing and merchandising activities.
- Develop timely Market Intelligence reports, highlighting changing customer trends and competitors’ performance.
- Collaborate with the network team to understand and improve the mobile network in the markets.
