Zeta, a company specializing in advanced card programs, is seeking a Banking Operations Associate for its Credit Card unit in Bangalore. The role involves managing credit card operations, focusing on dispute resolution, settlement, and reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Specialized in daily reconciliation for Payments, UPI, Payment Gateway, Acquiring merchant.
- Identify and process relevant files for settlement and reconciliation.
- Establish operational processes for end-to-end reconciliation.
- Timely closure of exceptions within defined timeframes.
- MIS and Finance reporting.
- Daily and monthly book closing.
- Monthly channel reconciliation between Zeta System and partner bank.
- Statutory reporting.
Program Management:
- Balance sheet management.
- QC Bank reports on various requirements.
- Fraud and risk monitoring.
- Compliance reporting.
- Coordination with internal teams to address anomalies.
