Role Purpose:
The main goal of this job is to give effective technical support to the process and solve client issues quickly. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities:
1. Support Process:
- Manage transactions to meet quality standards.
- Handle help requests from clients via phone and email politely.
- Record important details about the person asking for help and the problem they’re facing.
2. Documentation and Communication:
- Update availability in the system to stay productive.
- Record, track, and document all client queries and resolutions.
- Follow processes to solve client issues within agreed time frames.
- Resolve client queries based on defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Use internal resources and FAQs to help solve problems.
- Learn about the products to assist clients better.
3. Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyze call logs to identify common issues and prevent future problems.
- Maintain self-help documents for customers to speed up solutions.
- Identify issues that need urgent attention and escalate them to the Team Leader.
- Ensure all necessary information is given to clients.
4. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by diagnosing and troubleshooting client queries.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and explain product features.
- Record all customer queries accurately.
- Offer alternative solutions when needed to keep customers satisfied.
