Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for numbers and a knack for problem-solving? If so, Veritas have an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as an Associate Accounts Payable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing T&E claims and ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Auditing and monitoring payment runs received from internal employees within the defined timeframe.
• Promptly responding to employee queries and providing clear explanations.
• Educating employees on T&E policy guidelines.
• Investigating and scrutinizing expense claims for clarity.
• Performing payment reconciliations.
• Continuously innovating and improving processes.

Required Functional Skills and Experiences:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Oracle is advantageous.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Concur.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and email communication.
• Attention to detail and strong investigative skills.
• Basic computer skills, including MS-Office, Outlook, and internet browsing.
