Job Title : MANAGER – Corporate HR

Location : Maharashtra, India

Job Description :

Purpose of the Job:

Support the Compensation & Benefits Strategy for the organization. Drive strategic Projects/Programs in C&B domain in partnership with HR Leaders and Senior Leadership.

Job Context:

Responsible for Job Evaluation, HRIS Implementation, PMS, Merit Increase, Compensation Benchmarking, and Variable Pay.

Challenges: Incumbent should be able to work/support in establishing the C&B function in the organization.

Key Accountabilities(1):

1. Job Evaluation:

  • Lead Job Evaluation process in the organization.

2. HRIS Implementation resources:

  • Lead HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) implementation in the organization.

3. Compensation Management:

  • Support the development, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs under the Total Compensation Framework.

4. Compensation Management:

  • Coordinate and provide support in various annual C&B exercises, such as pay review, benefits review, staff cost budgeting, etc.

Key Accountabilities(2):

5. Compensation Survey:

  • Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking, analyze market data, and provide recommendations for enhancement.

6. Manpower Planning and Budgeting:

  • Control the annual compensation budgets planning, forecasting, reviews, and analysis.

7. Position Management:

  • Control the Headcount & Employee cost through carefully managed position management.

8. HR Policies:

  • Create/Harmonize/Update HR Policies, SOP, and Process Flow.

  • Knowledge of Job Evaluation Process and HRIS Technology implementation would be an added advantage.
  • Passion for market data and analytical eye.
