Job Tittle -Finance Operation Executive
Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Handling daily accounting and banking transactions, updating relevant data, and recording transactions in the accounting and loan management system.
- Preparing management reports and assisting in reviewing financial reports.
- Assisting in preparing and sending SOA (Statement of Accounts) to customers.
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations with bank statements for all payments received or paid during the month.
- Managing monthly audit and accounting schedules.
- Generating monthly Sales & KPI Reports, weekly sales reports, aging reports, and other reports related to business operations.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Remote work – aligned with Singapore time zone.
- Middle office/Last-mile ops experience in Banks/Fintech would be a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, data tables) and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively as a team player.
