Job Description:

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Anywhere – PAN India

As a Sales Executive at Vadilal, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Monthly Targets:
    • Work towards achieving monthly targets for distributors in the designated area.
  2. Service Efficiency:
    • Monitor the service efficiency of distributors concerning claim settlements, damages, and replacements.
  3. Stockist Appointment:
    • Facilitate the appointment of stockists to expand the distribution network.
  4. Distribution Strategy:
    • Execute the distribution strategy at the channel partner level to meet sales targets.
  5. Quality Acquisition:
    • Ensure the quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
  6. Promotional Activities:
    • Implement promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and enhance market credibility.
  7. Retail Partner Expansion:
    • Identify and secure new retail partners to boost product sales.
  8. Coordination and Reporting:
    • Coordinate with distributors for retail sales and address deep freezer issues.
    • Prepare throughput reports and handle damages claims for retailers and distributors.
    • Report on stockist targets and conduct physical stock verifications.
  9. Sales Targets:
    • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets to contribute to overall business objectives.
  10. Relationship Building:
    • Maintain a close rapport with distributors, wholesalers, and major A-Class outlets for continuous business growth.
  11. Product Launch:
    • Lead the launch of new products in the market.
  12. Billing and Verification:
    • Submit billing plans on a monthly basis.
    • Verify stockist bills for accuracy.
