As a Data Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and excellence within our organization. Here’s a glimpse of what your responsibilities will entail:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Oversee daily production processes and manage a project portfolio for our strategic program.
- Performance Enhancement: Measure process performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across front office, middle office, and client onboarding teams.
- Data Expertise: Demonstrate subject matter expertise in party reference data and data quality management.
- Process Excellence: Drive process excellence through measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Transparency: Provide transparency through metrics on data quality, data remediation, and productivity.
- Team Development: Coach and develop analysts to achieve their full potential.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- University Graduate
- 7+ years of experience leading global operations teams or 10+ years in financial services or related industries.
- Strong background in data management, process management, business management, and project management.
- Proven experience in measuring process performance and ensuring data quality.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to motivate team members and provide a clear vision.
- Proficiency in data analysis, fact pattern identification, and process optimization.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make well-informed recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Familiarity with party reference data, account reference data, and client documentation.
- Experience in client onboarding, KYC, or Middle Office operations.
