As an Associate Engineer in End-User Compute, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing and configuring enterprise technology solutions, covering operating systems, compute, storage, database, networking, and operations infrastructure.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience with JAMF Pro for Mac, PC support, and an operations/administration background.
- Knowledge and experience with Mac and Windows operating systems, System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 and 11, Group Policy Object analysis, and Virtual Desktop platforms.
- Familiarity with deployment methodologies using JAMF Pro, Configuration Manager, Tanium, and Endpoint Central.
What We’d Like to See:
- Knowledge of operations management, system security, testing processes, relational databases, network devices, and other core infrastructure concepts.
- Experience with technologies like JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune/SCCM, PowerShell, BitLocker, File Vault, DLP, Antivirus Software, Systrack, Tanium, Microsoft Active Directory services, Azure Active Directory services, Azure, EMS, O365, Autopilot.
- Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Exceptional communication, organization, planning, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Experience with documenting processes and procedures for technical and knowledge-related purposes.

Impact You’ll Make:
- Execute large-scale software updates, deployments, platform migration, and endpoint and vulnerability management.
- Design and conduct systems integration testing, component integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
