Position: Trainee Business Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Engage with the target number of clients within the assigned sectors on a daily basis.
2. Articulate Porter’s offerings to clients and gain insights into their requirements.
3. Create prospecting lists by utilizing industry knowledge and online resources.
4. Initiate cold calls and follow-up calls to leads and prospects to facilitate conversions.
5. Establish short-term relationships with prospects to enhance the likelihood of scheduling meetings.
6. Identify and report trends and concerns to senior management.
7. Conduct market studies for new zones based on business potential and other relevant parameters.
