What HR Business Partner Role Entails:
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in Thinkproject. You will provide advice and support to employees in India and their managers, both locally and internationally. Your responsibilities will span various HR topics, including labor law, talent management, compensation & benefits, change management, and organizational development.
Your duties will include:
- Advising and supporting employees and managers on personnel-related matters.
- Developing, optimizing, and implementing local People & Culture processes and guidelines.
- Using HR tools and methods effectively and assisting our local HR Service Specialist.
- Providing support on HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and helping develop and implement HR policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborating with external vendors for service coordination and issue resolution.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
