Job Title: Consultant Advisory – Contract (6 Months)
Job Summary:
The Consultant Advisory at The Adecco Group is responsible for optimizing efforts to service clients in a high-quality, cost-effective manner at multiple work locations. This role involves directing and controlling all phases of the client requisition process, ensuring fairness and competitiveness while maintaining adherence to program process compliance. The scope of responsibility includes an expanded geographic territory or a national level with a focus on advising the client on talent acquisition and contingent labor best practices. This position operates with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing at The Adecco Group:
- Influence internal buyers or hiring managers regarding their talent acquisition needs.
- Provide consultative support to end users to clarify job responsibilities, skills, and other requisition requirements.
- Create custom talent acquisition strategies per requisition based on hiring managers’ talent challenges.
- Collaborate with the internal team, including Program Managers and Engagement Coordinators/Specialists, to ensure consistent results for the client, suppliers, and candidates.
- Offer subject matter expertise specific to talent acquisition, domain knowledge, industry, contingent labor, and more.
- Provide insight and guidance to Engagement Coordinators regarding requisition supplier distribution and resume shortlisting strategies.
- Guide customers through the management of all stages of requisition activity using VMS technology.
- Oversee the use of VMS technology to ensure optimal, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results.
- Provide adequate oversight, training, and leadership to ensure end user community and supplier partnerships reach their potential.
- Collaborate with the Supplier Partnership Manager to identify any supplier gaps within the program or areas of expanded opportunity for the existing supplier community.
- Establish, foster, and maintain positive working relationships with Pontoon MSP suppliers through regular phone and in-person contact.
- Manage and coordinate client and supplier community interactions within the assigned market area or skill set.
- Assist the Program Manager and Supplier Manager in facilitating program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to the supplier community regularly to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Communicate program procedural changes and updates to local Pontoon MSP suppliers and client users while providing all procedural updates in a timely manner. Oversee and ensure suppliers appropriately manage employee onboarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and offboarding activities.
- Establish and maintain a proactive, positive working relationship with client end users through regular phone and in-person contact.
- Conduct site visits and promote communication with client end users within the assigned market area or skill set.
- Assist with supplier assessment efforts and updates as needed.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

About You:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Skilled in effective verbal and written communication, including strong documentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and handle difficult conversations.
- Proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, SLA’s and KPI’s, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and group presentation situations.
- Ability to work independently through proper time management.
- Experience in the internal or staffing-related field with a focus on talent acquisition is preferred.
- Ability to apply data and subject matter expertise in a business development or strategic selling capacity.
- Travel is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
