Description :
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing distribution and market share in Palakkad.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating effective pre and post-call planning customized to specific area requirements
- Understanding territory performance data and managing domestic marketing operations
- Facilitating the appointment of suitable dealers and wholesalers
- Maintaining and reconciling monthly inventory and day-to-day dealer sales management
- Creating demand for Plant Nutrition products at the farmer level
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets in your area
- Ensuring proper execution of demand creation activities
- Timely reporting as per systems & processes laid out by the organization
