Education : BSc/MSc Agri or MBA in Agri Business Management

Description :

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing distribution and market share in Palakkad.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating effective pre and post-call planning customized to specific area requirements
  • Understanding territory performance data and managing domestic marketing operations
  • Facilitating the appointment of suitable dealers and wholesalers
  • Maintaining and reconciling monthly inventory and day-to-day dealer sales management
  • Creating demand for Plant Nutrition products at the farmer level
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets in your area
  • Ensuring proper execution of demand creation activities
  • Timely reporting as per systems & processes laid out by the organization
