• Designation: Diploma Trainee Engineer (Promotion to Jr. Engineer after one year)
• Location: Willingness to work at remote OMS (Operation and Maintenance) site locations across India where Suzlon operates.

Candidate Screening & Selection Process:

• Seeking Electrical Diploma graduates from the 2022 batch and those appearing in their final semester in 2023.
• Freshers with no prior work experience.
• Academic Requirements: A minimum of 55% in 10th grade and a 55% aggregate in the Diploma, with no pending backlogs.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit with no medical history and possess the endurance to scale 90-120 meter tall wind turbine towers.
