Sub Zonal Manager Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of 10-12 hubs, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement strategies to streamline processes, improve delivery timelines, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Team Management:

  • Build and nurture a high-performing team of hub managers and delivery executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set clear performance expectations, establish KPIs, and monitor team performance against set targets.
    Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Vendor Relations:

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize fleet utilization, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Champion a customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Sub Zonal Manager Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in last-mile operations management, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
