Role: Invoice Review Associate2, Global Billing Function

Location: Bangalore

Description :

As an Invoice Review Associate, you will play a crucial role in the invoice billing process, which includes tasks like invoice generation, managing Out of Pocket Expenses (OOPS) invoicing, and reviewing invoices for State Street’s global businesses spanning various countries and regions. This role also entails handling invoice production and review for State Street Global Advisors.

Responsibilities:

Business As Usual (BAU) Activities:

  • Take ownership of specific invoicing activities, including production and review.
  • Work with an “owner’s mindset,” demonstrating the ability to work independently and effectively manage timelines.
  • Monitor, review, and assess performance, ensuring progress toward defined goals.
  • Lead ongoing process improvement efforts.

Expectations:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, accompanied by a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in working with invoices within a global billing function at a large financial services institution.
  • Knowledge of various services and industry trends related to billing methods, including Custody services, Sub-custodian services, trust services, out-of-pocket expense billing, asset management, and more.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enhancing the invoice function across multiple geographies and business areas.

Skills Required:
