Program Overview :
Role : Apprentice
Location: Baner Pune, IN
Eligibility
- Candidates pursuing 11th grade or equivalent, or have completed their 10th grade.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Possession of a valid Aadhar (National Identity) card.
Program Structure
- A 12-month Paid Apprenticeship program with on-the-job training.
- A daily commitment of 9 hours (including a 1-hour break) and a 5-day workweek.
- Online assessments upon completing the 3rd and 11th months.
- A Government-recognized and Starbucks co-branded certificate awarded upon successful program completion.
