Job Description :
As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, prospecting, and selling directly to customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Brokers and Channel Partners. The position involves managing existing sales pipelines, handling inbound leads, and working with community and operations teams for successful member placement. This is a permanent role with opportunities available in various locations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Engage in field-based selling directly to customers.
- Collaborate with Brokers and Channel Partners to expand outreach.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and nurture existing sales pipelines.
- Handle inbound leads effectively.
- Community Collaboration:
- Work closely with community and operations teams.
- Ensure successful placement and follow-up of new members.
- CRM Utilization:
- Actively build, manage, and report on the sales pipeline using a Web-based CRM system.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and prospecting.
- Preference given to candidates from the Coworking industry.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Sales Success:
