Description :
Siemens Energy is looking for a skilled Commercial Business Analyst to manage invoice processing for Siemens Energy clients. This leadership role is part of the Client A/R Collection team, overseeing the work of a team of four to five peers, ensuring accuracy and completeness. As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will collaborate with project managers to review client purchase orders and related documents, ensuring accurate billing events in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client contracts to verify the accuracy of Services (Time and Material) and Manufacturing Project invoices.
- Examine client invoices in SAP using source documentation and factory-generated materials.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather documentation supporting completed billing events for products and services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and work with other departments to resolve billing issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively to identify process improvements and enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including invoice processing, cash application, or credit and collection.
- CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand financial systems and accounting concepts.
