Job Role: Senior Executive
Location: Patna, Bihar, IN
Responsibilities:
- Achieving collection targets for the respective branch assigned, ensuring the meeting of Performance Indicator (PI) targets.
- Meeting the cost of collections target while ensuring compliance with cost limits on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring strict adherence to legal guidelines for the entire collection structure.
- Overseeing that collection agencies and executives follow the legal guidelines provided by the law.
- Ensuring strict adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Continuously monitoring collection agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and prevent any losses due to such activities.
