Your Responsibilities:

Technical Contribution (70%)

• Lead research and development efforts to build large-scale, complex products designed for scalability and performance. 🧠💡
• Guide the adoption of microservices, middleware, and container architecture. 🛠️📦
• Own and design architecture evolution for the product. 🏰📐
• Lead design and code reviews, establishing engineering best practices. 👩‍💻👨‍💻
• Contribute to optimizing design and code, mentoring the team. 🚀👥
• Drive technology strategy and vision in collaboration with product teams. 🌐🚀
• Ensure non-functional requirements like scalability, security, and performance are met. 🔐🚀
• Identify and address technical debt with actionable plans. 💼🛠️

Technical & People Management (20%)

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

• 12-14 years of software development experience. 💼📈

• Experience in building microservices in Java (Spring Boot, Graalvm, etc.). ☕🛠️
• Knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, and protocol buffers desirable. 📜📡

Middleware:

• Experience with common message brokers like Kafka or NATS would be needed. 📨📬

Database:

• Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably Couchbase or Cassandra. 🗄️📊
• Experience with RDBMS like Oracle or Postgres. 🗃️📈

Platform:

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, etc. 🔍

Non-functional requirements:
