The candidate will play a key role in achieving and exceeding business goals, fostering a compliant sales culture, and driving acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively deploy and manage a team of sales professionals in the geographical area.
  • Achieve and exceed business goals, contributing to a strong and compliant sales culture.
  • Engage with CAT A builders, secure project approvals, and negotiate cost-effective business deals.
  • Identify sales training needs, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to enhance strategies.
  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans, contests, and propose innovative promotion plans.
  • Recruit and retain high-performing team members.
  • Foster high levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement.
  • Conduct timely goal-setting, performance discussions, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with Operations & Risk teams to contribute to overall processes and profitability.
  • Manage collections of the acquired portfolio in the Sales & Collect Model.
