Responsibilities:
- Effectively deploy and manage a team of sales professionals in the geographical area.
- Achieve and exceed business goals, contributing to a strong and compliant sales culture.
- Engage with CAT A builders, secure project approvals, and negotiate cost-effective business deals.
- Identify sales training needs, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to enhance strategies.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans, contests, and propose innovative promotion plans.
- Recruit and retain high-performing team members.
- Foster high levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement.
- Conduct timely goal-setting, performance discussions, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with Operations & Risk teams to contribute to overall processes and profitability.
- Manage collections of the acquired portfolio in the Sales & Collect Model.
