SG Analytics is on the lookout for a Senior Analyst who can handle business and data analysis independently and lead a small team. If you have experience in the financial domain and a background in data management, you’re the one we’re looking for!

- Experience leading teams of Business Analysts/ Data Analysts.
- Worked as a Business Analyst for a product.
- Led solution designing and discussions.
- Experience with SQL, analyzing large data sets, and understanding API’s.
- Familiarity with ETL workflows and creating BRD’s and FRDs.

Job Requirement:
- 4-7 years of experience working as a business analyst in the Financial Sector (preferably in Banking).
- Understanding of risk, finance, and banking processes.
- Ability to understand business processes, analyze existing processes, develop new processes for operational efficiency.
- Read and interpret data models, ETL processes, strong Data Analysis skills are a must.
- Strong relationship management, consultative, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently on small to large and complex projects without supervision.
- Provide honest assessments to stakeholders about expected delivery dates for problem resolution to align with their expectations.
