Job Description :
The ideal candidate should excel in communication, thrive as a team player, and possess the skills to foster strong connections with investors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire Business Development for Retail Channel, including Wealth Counters, Private Banking Channel, and IFA for the Region.
- Build, develop, and enhance relationships within the Retail Channel.
- Set up and manage the network of Private Banks in the Region.
- Develop and implement a strategy to achieve planned growth objectives for the channel.
- Execute and manage the retail strategy and tactical business plan, considering market opportunities, competitor activity, existing capabilities, and risk appetite.
- Ensure that the mobilization achieved for all company schemes is the best in the industry.
- Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales in their respective channel.
- Help in promoting a strong and vibrant brand.
- Ensure an increase in market share in their respective channel business.
- Liaise with distributors, banks, and institutions for selling and targeting specific schemes identified by the Business Head.
- The primary responsibility of a Relationship Manager is selling SBIMF products in the location and surrounding areas, along with relationship building to generate sales.
- Prospecting new customers through client acquisition, network, database, references, and the open market.
- Build and maintain healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and securing repeat business.
- Penetrate all targeted key accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plan.
- Develop channel development and networking skills to achieve Channel Sales.
