Job Overview:
Position: S/4HANA SD Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with the client team in business process discussions, understanding current processes and requirements to design effective S/4HANA solutions.
- Lead functional/technical consultants to ensure the successful delivery of the SAP Solution. Identify and escalate issues and risks within the project structure promptly.
- Prepare key user and end-user training materials and conduct meetings.
- Ensure documentation of key project deliverables and a smooth transition to the Application maintenance team.
- Support effort estimation, solution standardization, and mentor junior team members.
- Possess strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Required Skills:
- S/4HANA SD application experience, including configuration, design, testing, compliance, and implementation (at least 3 full project lifecycle and 3 support project experiences).
- Expertise in basic functions, sales order processing, order fulfillment, consignment process, and returns process.
- Proficiency in credit management, pricing, taxation, billing, and outputs.
- Experience in CVI, aATP, Advanced Return Management, BRF+, Settlement Management, International Trade, etc.
- Extensive experience in major enhancements (RICEFW) using APIs/user exits/BAPIs/BADIs.
- Familiarity with interfaces with legacy systems and IDOCs. Knowledge in SD – LO (Shipping).
- Exposure to FIORI, Cloud Platform, and more.
- Strong integration knowledge with MM, APO, WM, and FI, with a background in complex business implementations.
- Proficient in ABAP debugging skills, with a proven track record of usage in a production support environment.
- Be open to working in shifts and flexible to support during weekends/holidays when needed.
Education/ Experience:
- BE/MBA/MCA from a recognized institution.
- 6 to 8 years or 8+ years of full-time hands-on consulting experience in SAP SD.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of domain (functional) experience in Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
Good to Have for this Job Opening at Sony:
- Certification in S/4HANA SD, preferably 2020 and above.
- Exposure to DevOps and Agile ways of working.
