Description :
As a Sales Support Consultant, you play a crucial role in planning and executing projects that bolster our sales organization. Your responsibilities include providing technical and administrative product information, collaborating with the market research team for market analysis, and ensuring accurate quoting of customer prices. This individual contributor role involves coordinating with Field Sales – Sales Account Management, updating tracking systems, and facilitating seamless communication between teams.
Key Accountability:
- Collaborate with the finance team to expedite Prime Margin details for management approval on DAFs.
- Monitor Product and Technical approvals, ensuring timely responses from respective teams.
- Conduct SFDC data analysis and generate insightful reports.
- Follow up on Commissions and CADs for indirect channel partners.
- Assist Sales managers in forecasting activities.
- Facilitate the expeditious processing of order bookings, payment receipts, and shipments to meet AOP numbers.
- Provide daily updates to BU Leader on orders collected and flag any order/sales issues.
