Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships and source Home Loan/LAP business through connectors and regiment callings.
• Manage relationships with customers, focusing on portfolio quality through effective collections management.
• Utilize experience in Home Loan/LAP products.
• Manage overall responsibilities, including customer expectations, identifying new business markets, and recording customer requirements.
• Achieve business targets.
• Clear OTC and PDD documents of customers, serving them through various available products.
• Maintain customer relationships and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Resolve customer issues and queries.
