- Develop relationships and source Home Loan/LAP business through connectors and regiment callings.
- Manage relationships with customers, focusing on portfolio quality through effective collections management.
- Utilize experience in Home Loan/LAP products.
- Manage overall responsibilities, including customer expectations, identifying new business markets, and recording customer requirements.
- Achieve business targets.
- Clear OTC and PDD documents of customers, serving them through various available products.
- Maintain customer relationships and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Resolve customer issues and queries.
