Job Description :

Razorpay is looking for a highly knowledgeable resource with expertise in digital payments such as UPI and e-mandates, bank gateway integrations, product management to define features, and program management to drive projects as per requirements. This role also involves coordination with banks, handling commercial and agreement closure, and integration aspects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the UPI payments platform for Merchant acquiring solutions, developing solutions to meet business use cases.
• Understand UPI product features and system limitations, offering pre-sale support and preparing functional scope documents.
• Knowledge of UPI product/program delivery channels including payment gateways, transaction processing, settlements, and dispute resolution.
• Provide tailored solutions to individual customers, including merchants and business entities.
• Proficiency in both UPI issuing and acquiring knowledge offered to business partners.
• Monitor the UPI product platform for issues and collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a UPI Merchant Product while working closely with multiple bank gateways.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT or a leading bank with expertise in Payments and Merchant acquiring domain.
• Ability to understand business requirements, create requirement documents, and define the scope of work.
• Knowledge of IT delivery channels like Payment Gateway, Merchant onboarding, Transaction processing, Settlement, and Dispute aspects.
• Experience in ETED transaction processing in Payments and Settlement.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and application troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing external and internal stakeholders, with adaptability and collaborative work skills to achieve common goals.
• Experience with networks and certifications is an added advantage.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
