Job Description :
Razorpay is seeking an Associate Manager to contribute to the growth and penetration of the Mid-market and SME ecosystem (B2B Sales). This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners, such as marketing, product, technology, experience, and support. The focus is on driving sales through existing products, introducing new products to the market, and overall revenue scaling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training programs and apply knowledge to lead the regional sales function successfully.
- Implement industry best practices for processes in both Inside and outbound sales teams.
- Develop strategies, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets.
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target regional markets.
- Represent Razorpay at conferences and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal support departments (Sales, Marketing, and Product Development) to create effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition through continuous research.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of team lead experience and 5+ years of Inside sales experience in SaaS or equivalent B2B setup.
- Basic understanding of sales tools and CRM.
- Experience in managing a Sales team (B2B Sales).
- Experience in leading both Inside sales and outbound sales teams preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, understanding customer requirements and identifying pain points.
- Experience in the Fintech space/Payments industry is an added advantage.
