Description :
As a Senior Project Manager at CRIF India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in presales activities, conducting product/service demonstrations, understanding client needs, and recommending best practices based on CRIF’s expertise.
- Defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensuring the timely and on-budget delivery of all assigned projects.
- Coordinating internal resources from various units to execute projects flawlessly.
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor progress, manage changes, and control project costs.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external, providing project status updates, identifying risks, managing resources, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential third-party vendors.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation following CRIF standards.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA in Finance; Certifications in Project Management are a plus.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the BFSI sector, with a minimum of 3+ years in a relevant project management role, business process management, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of lending processes, particularly in the Retail and/or SME credit lending products.
- Flexibility in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to adjust priorities and work under time pressure when necessary.
- Capable of gaining respect, building trust, and developing positive relationships with clients at operational management levels.
- Entrepreneurial approach, results-oriented mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in the implementation of Digital Lending solutions (Loan Origination Systems, Loan Management, Collection Management Systems, Underwriting tools) is a plus.
- Experience in managing projects involving technology, products, and working with tech teams is an advantage.
