Process Associate & Developer Life Insurance Job Description  :

Genpact is inviting applications for the position of Process Associate in Life Insurance, based in Pune. Graduates, both freshers and experienced professionals, are encouraged to apply.

Process Associate & Developer Life Insurance Responsibilities:

  • Execute transaction processing in adherence to standard work and SOP.
  • Prioritize transactions based on detailed guidelines to meet SLA requirements effectively.
  • Strategize and prioritize tasks and work responsibilities to achieve defined objectives.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in comprehending and responding to customer inquiries while identifying, researching, and resolving problems.
  • Offer assistance and execute other team tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Accurately interpret and compile information from various sources and systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Company service standards by meeting turnaround time and maintaining work quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with Onshore/Offshore teams and customers, maintaining a professional demeanor via email and calls.
  • Manage individual work in progress and contribute to team efforts to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Maintain essential records such as working files and emails for reference and audit purposes.
  • Possess basic proficiency in handling day-to-day requirements of Excel.

Process Associate & Developer Life Insurance Skills & Qualification :

  • Relevant experience in a similar process.
  • Proficiency in Life Insurance policy administration, including processing client change transactions such as Address Change, Name Change, Beneficiary and Ownership changes, Return mail, and Correspondence.
  • Familiarity with Life Policy Admin systems such as CFO, CK4, CNB, Ingenium, Vantage, IPAS, PACE, ORD, TAS2000, TRADNY, ULANY, ULAS, ULB, ULM, ULP, ULU, ULX, VTGF.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a Talocity Score of >50.
  • Proactive communication and high analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions backed by impactful data.
  • Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm in approaching tasks.
    Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while delivering outstanding customer service.
