Process Associate & Developer Life Insurance Responsibilities:
- Execute transaction processing in adherence to standard work and SOP.
- Prioritize transactions based on detailed guidelines to meet SLA requirements effectively.
- Strategize and prioritize tasks and work responsibilities to achieve defined objectives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in comprehending and responding to customer inquiries while identifying, researching, and resolving problems.
- Offer assistance and execute other team tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Accurately interpret and compile information from various sources and systems.
- Ensure adherence to Company service standards by meeting turnaround time and maintaining work quality.
- Collaborate effectively with Onshore/Offshore teams and customers, maintaining a professional demeanor via email and calls.
- Manage individual work in progress and contribute to team efforts to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Maintain essential records such as working files and emails for reference and audit purposes.
- Possess basic proficiency in handling day-to-day requirements of Excel.

Process Associate & Developer Life Insurance Skills & Qualification :
- Relevant experience in a similar process.
- Proficiency in Life Insurance policy administration, including processing client change transactions such as Address Change, Name Change, Beneficiary and Ownership changes, Return mail, and Correspondence.
- Familiarity with Life Policy Admin systems such as CFO, CK4, CNB, Ingenium, Vantage, IPAS, PACE, ORD, TAS2000, TRADNY, ULANY, ULAS, ULB, ULM, ULP, ULU, ULX, VTGF.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a Talocity Score of >50.
- Proactive communication and high analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions backed by impactful data.
- Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm in approaching tasks.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while delivering outstanding customer service. - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
