Job Description:

BNY Mellon is looking for a Portfolio Administration Analyst to join our Credit Risk team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting credit underwriters, ensuring accurate data management, and facilitating the loan documentation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support credit underwriter with underwriting packages and gather necessary information.
  • Set up internal identification and maintain risk hierarchy structure.
  • Complete administrative questionnaires and ensure timely document submission.
  • Monitor and manage counterparty and facility level data.
  • Verify accuracy of data in credit risk reporting systems.
  • Track and process financial statements and compliance certificates.
  • Monitor collateral and address shortfalls.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel for loan documentation preparation.
  • Assist in UAT testing.
  • Maintain SharePoint site and legal documentation.
  • Handle file updates and reporting.
  • Assist credit risk officers with data requests for reporting and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/Postgraduate in Finance/MBA (Finance).
  • Prior experience in credit admin/operations roles preferred.
