Position Summary:

Perforce is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join Perforce Software, and the Renewals team. In this role, you will be responsible for front-line customer communication and supporting the renewal process. This includes managing a customer portfolio, assisting the Renewal Specialists team, handling license management, generating quotes, managing order fulfillment, post-sales activities, maintaining the customer database, and supplier setup.

Role: Revenue Operations Specialist

Location: Pune, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Support revenue operations teams by proactively reaching out to customers to secure renewals before service expiration.
  • Utilize Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal applications to:
    • Process orders and issue license keys accurately and promptly.
    • Provide customers with quotes, invoices, and related information.
    • Regularly provide detailed metrics to internal stakeholders, including order status, revenue recognition dates, pricing, etc.
    • Report on monthly customer product usage, providing variance analysis compared to prior periods and contract expectations.
    • Maintain customer information and ensure data integrity within internal systems.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Finance teams to address customer needs and inquiries.
    • Respond to customer inquiries following established procedures.
    • Support the supplier setup process, including executing supplier due diligence forms and other necessary documents.
    • Provide customers with a personalized level of service that emphasizes the value of Perforce.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, a related program, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain accuracy across multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in analyzing business/operational data to identify trends and variations in results.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Two or more years of experience in a customer service support role or order processing environment.
  • Previous experience in a software or technology company is preferred.
  • CRM experience is a plus, with Salesforce experience highly desirable.
  • Exceptional customer service and diplomacy skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize incoming activities.
