Job Title: Financial Service Associate

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Targets: Achieve business targets for all financial products as defined and agreed upon.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with High-Level executives (HL executives) associated with the role.
  • Foster strong and positive relations with HDFC Limited.
  • Maintain excellent rapport with channel partners and Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
  • Establish and nurture relationships with assigned/sourced customers to identify opportunities for various financial products that meet their needs.

Account Management & Servicing:

  • Efficiently manage and service the existing customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Team Managers, Coordinators, and Sales Managers for post-sales service requests from customers, such as claims, endorsements, policy copies, and more.
  • Share updated reports on purchased products with customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with customers during the renewal process.

Certification and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Comply with all regulations and certifications necessary for selling various financial products, including undergoing training and certification for organizations such as IRDA and AMFI.
  • Exercise caution and vigilance when handling customer information.
  • Ensure the quality of business being sourced is of the highest standard.
