Group Description:
This is a new role in Vendor Risk Management Program (VRMP), which is part of the broader Global Operations Risk Management (GORM) team. GORM supports AB’s Operational Risk Management Framework across multiple departments. VRMP ensures responsible parties comply with Vendor Risk Management program guidelines, maintains effective documentation, and manages the assessment and reporting process to ensure actions are performed efficiently and timely. 📊🌐
Job Description:
A talented Vendor Risk Management Process Analyst to join Vendor Risk Management Program in Pune. Reporting to a Pune-based VRMP Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Vendor Risk Management program through data management, documentation, and program engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor data, supporting vendor due diligence exercises, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. 📈📋🤝
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a system and process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and central support resource for users. 🧠🌐
- Perform data consolidation and entry tasks. 📊📈
- Create new vendor profiles with key data points and enrich existing profiles. 🔄📊
- Support maintenance of data and document repositories according to governance requirements. 📚📂
